Dr. Kenneth N. Feiler has been creating beautiful smiles for more than 28 years, including those of celebrities from sports, film, television, and Broadway. As a graduate of Rutgers University as well as the Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine, where he later taught prosthodontics and oral diagnosis, he has written and continues to write articles on all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Feiler is an Invisalign® Premier Provider, a designation he earned by being one of the nation's most experienced providers of this comfortable, nearly invisible alternative to metal braces.
Dr Feiler is an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry® (AACD), the largest cosmetic dental organization in the world. He is one of only 288 AACD accredited dentists worldwide, and the only AACD accredited dentist in the Bergen and Passaic County areas. To achieve that position he completed extensive advanced training and education in cosmetic dentistry. In addition, he passed a rigorous accreditation board examination. The AACD defines an Accredited Member as one who has demonstrated a very high level of technical skill and ability in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Feiler is also a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, one of the largest international organizations devoted to laser dentistry. Its members are top clinicians, academicians, and researchers in all applications of laser technology to dentistry, and it promotes education and research through its certification programs, publications, and informational meetings.
Dr. Feiler is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Among Dr. Feiler’s other achievements are fellowships from the Academy of General Dentistry and the prestigious National Institute of Dental Research in Bethesda, Maryland. He has presented at the Greater New York Dental Meeting and the AACD.
Dr. Feiler has catered to a wide range of dental needs, from preventive to cosmetic dentistry, treating and educating his patients of all ages -- from children to senior citizens. Joseph Flaugher, D.M.D.
Family Dentistry
Dr. Flaugher graduated at the top of his class at Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine in Teaneck, NJ, and has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years. For ten years, Dr. Flaugher was an operative instructor at Fairleigh’s dental school. He is a member of the Essex County Dental Association and the American Dental Association, and he is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Flaugher participates monthly in a variety of dental courses and has a strong interest and expertise in cosmetics. He is a valued resource at our Nutley office.
Paula A. Gencarelli, D.M.D.
Family Dentistry
Having graduated from Rutgers University as a biology major, Dr. Gencarelli attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where she received several awards including the Accelerated Clinical Experience Award and the Academy of Dental Practice Administration Award. She also became a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. Dr. Gencarelli then trained as a general practice resident in Seton Hall University’s School of Graduate Medical Education at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey. A member of the Academy of General Dentistry, she has worked in geriatric outreach programs in local nursing homes as well as the Colgate Brite Smiles and Brite Futures Outreach Prevention Program for children in the Newark area of New Jersey. With a combination of sincere caring, a desire for excellence and comprehensive care, and a contagious laugh, Dr. Gencarelli has a diverse following in ages and personalities among our patients. Dr. Gencarelli treats patients at all three of our offices.
Valerie Karraker, D.D.S.
Family Dentistry, Endodontics
Dr. Karraker attended the University of Illinois Health Science Center in Chicago, where she received a Bachelor of Science in dentistry and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. She practiced dentistry for seven years in Massachusetts, then came to New Jersey with her husband and practiced for more than two years in River Edge before also joining our practice in Nutley. She is a general dentist with a technically meticulous style of practice and a lovely personality. She has a wide range of dental abilities and has a special interest and expertise in the area of endodontics (root canals). Dr. Karraker treats patients at all three of our offices.
Tracy Lipson, D.D.S.
Family Dentistry
Dr Lipson treats patients of all ages in all three of our offices and brings to our practice a very outgoing personality as well as a comprehensive approach to treating patients. A compassionate and quite caring individual, Dr. Lipson enjoys spending the time to talk at length with patients.
New York City born and bred (true blue Brooklyn), Dr Lipson attended SUNY at Buffalo where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She graduated Magna Cum Laude, was Phi Betta Kappa, a member of the Golden Key National Academic Honor Society, the Psi Chi National Honor Society for Psychology, and received early acceptance into the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr Lipson received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from SUNY at Buffalo with a minor in fixed Prosthodontics and was awarded the Victor A. Fumia Award for excellence in fixed prosthodontics and the Alpha Omega Scholarship for leadership and academic performance.
After 8 years of experiencing the famous snowfalls of Buffalo, Dr Lipson returned to Brooklyn where she attended a General Practice Residency at the Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn. Here she performed all phases of dentistry, developing exceptional experience in restorative dentistry, geriatrics and pediatrics, and advanced oral surgery and oral pathology.
After her residency, Dr Lipson practiced dentistry in New York in both Queens and in Manhattan until we were fortunate enough to entice her to move to New Jersey to join our practice. Although Dr Lipson is a general dentist performing restorative dentistry and surgery, she is fantastic with children, highly trained in pediatric dentistry and enjoys treating children of all ages.
Dr Lipson is a member of the New York County Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Azriel Rauzman, D.D.S.
General and Family Dentistry
Joining our already impressive professional team of associates at Feiler Dental is Dr. Azriel Rauzman. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Yeshiva University, Dr. Rauzman majored in Psychology and minored in Biology. Having made Dean’s List every year, he also was awarded the Helen Tenenbaum Academic Scholarship.
Dr. Rauzman received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in New York , and here he was bestowed with the Honors Award in Clinical Dentistry. While at the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Rauzman did a clerkship in Special Needs Dentistry, and also volunteered at New York University’s Dental Clinic. At the prestigious North Shore University Hospital Residency, Dr. Rauzman received exceptional training in Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Orthodontics and Implant Restoration.
Dr. Rauzman is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of General Dentistry and Give Kids A Smile, an organization that educates underprivileged children about the importance of oral hygiene, dental care, and is a certified Invisalign Provider.
Dr. Azriel Rauzman’s humorous and comical asides compliment his light-hearted and friendly personality and everyone , both staff and patients alike, can’t help but smile in his presence and the experience is always full of laughs.
M.H. Reshad, D.D.S.
Periodontics, Implantology, NJ Specialty #5129
Dr. Reshad, a periodontist, attended New York University College of Dentistry, where he received honors in implants and comprehensive care and applied practice administration. He currently holds a prestigious position as a professor in the implant department at NYU, where he also received his advanced specialty training in postgraduate periodontics. He holds memberships with the Northeastern Society of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Reshad currently practices in our River Edge office.
Marissa E. Rizkalla, B.A., R.D.H.
Hygiene Coordinator
Marissa, our hygiene coordinator, has been in the dental field for 13 years. Starting as early as junior high school, Marissa was a dental assistant and after high school attended and graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Sociology in 2000. Marissa then went to Bergen Community College, where she received her AAS in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene in 2003. She has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 2004.
June Solari, R.D.H.
Assistant Hygiene Coordinator
June, our assistant hygiene coordinator, graduated from Bergen Community College in 1989 with an AAS degree in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. She has 18 years experience in hygiene and has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 1998 and has been very instrumental in helping to coordinate and fine tune our current hygiene program.
Diana Thompson, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Diana graduated from Hostos Community College of New York in 2002 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been practicing hygiene for over 4 years. Diana has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 2005 and takes pride in providing quality dental care.
Daisy Santiago, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Daisy also graduated from Hostos Community College of New York in 2002 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been practicing hygiene for over 4 years. She graduated with the Honors Silver Medal Award and was on the Dean’s List throughout her 3 years at Hostos. Daisy also worked as an RDH at Illesheim Military Dental Clinic in Germany from 2002-2004 and has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 2005.
Rina Napolitano-Nowka, R.D.H., M.A.
Hygienist
Rina graduated with a B.S. in Allied Health Services and an M.A. in Health Education from Montclair State University. She also attended Bergen Community College,where she received her AAS in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. Having taught at NYU as an assistant clinical professor for nine years and worked as a professional sales representative and a national trainer for Colgate- Palmolive, Rina has 20 years dental experience and has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 1987. She is currently the Curriculum Director/Instructor for the New Jersey Health Professionals Development Institute located in our office complex.
Elodia "Ellie" Santiago, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Ellie attended Bergen Community College, where she received her AAS in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. Ellie has a total of 23 years experience in the dental field. She was an assistant for 5 years before she became a hygienist, and has been a hygienist for 18 years. She has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 1987. She works at the office part time.
Renuka Chauhan,R.D.H.
Hygienist
Renuka has a B.S. in Physics from India and attended Bergen Community College where she received her AAS in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. She has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 2006.
Our Staff
Not only is our staff friendly, caring, and dedicated to providing quality dental care, they are also exceptionally well trained and educated. Continuing education is an integral part of maintaining excellence in our practice. Our dentists, hygienists, clinical assistants, and administrative staff attend seminars and courses year round, keeping us up-to-date with the latest in dental treatment and technology. Almost all of our assistants are either certified or registered; and we support their further advancement and building of credentials (recognition from the state for expanded functions, for example).

Convenience and Accessibility
- Our offices are easily accessible for both handicapped and elderly patients.
- We are located on the ground floor in Nutley.
- Our Wanaque and River Edge locations have elevators to reach our offices on the first floor.
- Handicapped parking is provided very close to the building entrances.
- General parking in all our locations is plentiful and close to our entrances.

Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Special Hours:
Early evening hours scheduled for orthodontic patients
Early morning hours (before 8:00 a.m.) scheduled for special situations
Our office policy is to accommodate emergency patients during business hours on the same day. Also, a doctor is on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Patients may choose to schedule their visits at any of our three locations at their convenience.
