Meet Our Dental Hygienists
Feiler Dental Associates has a diverse team of hygienists catering to patients’ dental needs. Each member of our team is a highly trained and licensed health professional that is responsible for the overall care of their patients’ oral health. Hygienists provide routine examinations and teach patients about the proper care of their mouth.
June Solari, R.D.H.
Hygienist
June graduated from Bergen Community College in 1989 with an AAS degree in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. She specializes in the maintenance of cosmetically treated dentition. She has 20 years experience in hygiene and has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 1998 and has been very instrumental in helping to coordinate and fine tune our current hygiene program.
Diana Thompson, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Diana graduated from Hostos Community College of New York in 2002 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been practicing hygiene for over 7 years. Diana has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 2005 and takes pride in providing quality dental care.
Rina Napolitano-Nowka, R.D.H., M.A.
Hygienist
Rina graduated with a B.S. in Allied Health Services and an M.A. in Health Education from Montclair State University. She also attended Bergen Community College,where she received her AAS in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. Having taught at NYU as an assistant clinical professor for nine years and worked as a professional sales representative and a national trainer for Colgate- Palmolive, Rina has 20 years dental experience and has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 1987. She is currently the Curriculum Director/Instructor for the New Jersey Health Professionals Development Institute located in our office complex.
Rhadara Escolin, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Rhadara Escolin holds an A.A.S. from Bergen Community College, where she graduated among the top of her class. During her studies, she received numerous student awards and recognition for outstanding leadership and achievement. She has unique experience giving care to special needs children and adults with physical disabilities. Also, Rhadara was elected to the national dental hygiene honor society, Sigma Phi Alpha.
Sarah Rivers-Burkett, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Sarah Rivers-Burkett received her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Detroit Mercy, where she graduated magna cum laude. Sarah has an enthusiastic attitude that helps her stay committed to the individual needs of her patients. Her enthusiasm also helps educate her patients, and other office staff, having been the lead hygienist in her previous work. Sarah's strength lies with periodontally involved patients, where she has the most experience.
Dina Wilson, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Dina graduated from Bergen Community college in 1998 with an AAS degree in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. Dina specializes in periodontal care and of soft tissue management. She has 14 years experience and has been with Feiler Dental Associates since 1998. She continues to build a loyal following. For those of you who are partial to lefties, she is our only left-handed dental hygienist.
Helen Ban, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Helen Ban, RDH, was born in Korea and moved to the United States when she was 14. After high school, she studied biology at Rutgers and volunteered at Englewood Hospital discharging patients and catering to patient’s needs. For 5 years, she worked as a dental assistant. In 2005, she completed her associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene at Bergen Community College. Shortly thereafter, she started working full-time as a dental hygienist. Helen specializes in periodontal care and enjoys working with children and seniors. Her patients enjoy her enthusiastic personality along with her ever-present and welcoming smile. .
